Whats with Cingular?

What the Hell..Can I just get a cell phone carrier that is not trying to screw me? I just spent 2 hours and 38 mins on the phone (I have the whole conversatation recorded) with 4 different idiots trying to find out why they have been sending me a bill from AT&T that occured after their merge with Cingular. AT&T has no idea what Cingular is doing and vice versa, an dneither one knows where they shit last.

I decide to pop for the family plan for my wife, myself and my daughter. New phones around the horn...I'm on T-Noble, My daughter is on AT&T under my wifes name, an dmy wife is on Sprint by herself. How messed up is that??

SO, we get on the family plan for 99 clams a month (which turns into about $400.00 a month after taxes,shipping,line charges,delivery charges,direct my customer service to Abul in pakistan charges and just because your a dum shit and now your under a contract and we can do what ever the hell we what charges)

We start getting this FINAL bill from AT&T after we buy out my daughters contract and make the switch to Cingular/AT&T..What the hell?? My wifes out of gas and I have to pick her up..more to come
